*Title, I chose, as an homage to the late lead singer Chris Edmonds of the famous age old Atlanta Band: The Swinging Richards.

Used to see them play at Baker Street when I was way young.  Drummers girlfriend would take me and best friend and she was/is a great woman, great friend, great mentor and hero.  Also, will always be the coolest- hottest rocker chic I have ever met!!!

I won the 'Dirty Words' contest one Saturday night (song won the 96 rock Peach Jam one year) by singing the song on stage with them and doing better than the older folks!!  I think I was 13 or 14.  My prize was a broken mannequin leg with a black fish net stocking on it but, told me they needed it back at the end of the night cuz it was a prop for their shows.  I was cool with that.

Everything was cool at Baker Street.
